Cubiccode Refund Policy

1. Website and Web App Development

1.1 Initial Deposit

An initial deposit is required to begin work on any website or web app development project. This deposit is non-refundable once the project has commenced.

1.2 Project Milestones

Refunds for payments made on project milestones will be considered based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request. If the project is terminated by the client before completion, we will bill for the work completed up to that date, and any remaining funds will be refunded.

1.3 Project Completion

Once a project is completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the project during the development phase and provide feedback to ensure satisfaction.


2. Digital Marketing Services

2.1 Service Fees

Fees paid for digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing, are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

2.2 Cancellation

Clients may cancel digital marketing services at any time by providing written notice. Services rendered up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and no refunds will be issued for services already performed.


3. Courses, Training, and Upskilling

3.1 Course Fees

Fees paid for courses, training sessions, and upskilling programs are non-refundable once the course or program has begun.

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their enrollment in a course or training session up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the start date will be accommodated based on availability but are subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Other Services

4.1 Service Fees

Fees for other services provided by CubicCode, including consulting, technical support, and custom software solutions, are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

4.2 Service Satisfaction

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with clients to address any concerns or issues with the services provided. Refunds for other services will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Cubiccode.
